(a) Delivery Charges and Accessibility:
  - We make every effort to keep delivery charges as low as possible.
  - For bulky items, delivery will be made as near as possible to your front door or a designated accessible area. If this location is unreachable due to narrow streets, stairs, or other obstructions, we will deliver as close to your property as feasible.
  - For palletized deliveries, our drivers are not insured to take goods inside your property; the pallet will be delivered to the specified location. Goods are at your risk from the time you accept them by law.
  - To qualify for free delivery, the order must exceed £100 and be within our free delivery area. For additional delivery details, please contact us.

(b) Access Requirements:
  - Before placing an order on our website, ensure suitable access for delivery. Our deliveries arrive on a rigid vehicle weighing up to 32 tonnes.
  - Delivery must be on flat solid ground without overhead obstructions like telephone and power cables.
  - We require at least a 6-meter gap from any live powerlines. Failure to adhere may incur wasted journey charges.
  - For larger deliveries, items may arrive on an articulated vehicle, and you may need to offload. You will be informed in advance.
  - Failure to comply may incur wasted journey charges if we cannot deliver due to health and safety issues.

Payments:

Payment Methods:
  - Payment for goods must be made before delivery or collection by cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.
  - We do not accept American Express, and cheques must clear before delivery or collection.
  - In-store payments or telephone transactions are also accepted.

Order Processing:
  - After placing an order, we will contact you on the provided telephone number to process your order, schedule the delivery/collection date, and complete the payment.
