Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply to all transactions between AlbanyGrabHire.com ("we," "us," or "our") and yourself. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any modifications will be effective from the date posted on our website (www.albanygrabhire.com). It's important to note that the actual product may differ slightly from the images shown on the website.

1. Information: Prices and Quotes
1.1 Prices are subject to change, and quotes provided are valid for 7 days.

2. Orders and Acknowledgment
2.1 All orders for goods are treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods under these terms and conditions.
2.2 To order goods over the telephone, you must be at least 18 years old and accept delivery within our local delivery area.
2.3 All telephone orders will be verbally acknowledged at the time of order, but this does not constitute order confirmation or acceptance.
2.4 We may decline all or part of your order for any reason.
2.5 We validate personal information provided by you against appropriate third-party databases to prevent fraudulent transactions.

3. Payments
3.1 Payment for goods must be made before delivery or collection by cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.
3.2 We do not accept American Express, and cheques must clear before delivery or collection.
3.3 Payments can be made in-store or over the telephone.

4. Delivery
(a) Delivery charges may apply. For bulky items, delivery will be made as near as possible to your front door or a designated accessible area.
(b) To qualify for free delivery, the order must be above £100 and within our free delivery area.
(c) Before placing an order, ensure suitable access for delivery. Large items may arrive on a rigid vehicle up to 32 tonnes. Delivery must be on flat solid ground with no overhead obstructions.
(d) Failure to adhere to delivery requirements may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations
You can only cancel an order with our prior written agreement, reimbursing us for all associated costs, charges, expenses, or losses. We are not bound to agree to any cancellation and may complete the contract even if you claim to cancel it.

6. Refunds
Certain products are refundable with a restocking charge. Refunds for orders cancelled after dispatch will be provided less any costs incurred in recovering the items.

7. Price
The quoted price for products excludes delivery costs, which will be added as per our delivery policy. Prices may change, but these changes will not affect confirmed orders.

8. Health & Safety
Some products may pose health and safety risks if used incorrectly. Information about such products is available upon request. You agree to comply with instructions from us and/or the product manufacturer/supplier to ensure the health and safety of individuals handling or using the products.

9. Waste
You are solely responsible for the disposal of any waste arising from the products you purchase.
